When Maryam learns about the opportunity to regain hereye-sight through stem-cell surgery, she is faced with a life changing decision: climb theheights of championship with team Canada, or to give up her identity, income and statusas a disabled athlete and become an ordinary person in a new world yet unknown toher.

At its core, this sports documentary highlights Nyousha’s mental health as she battles with ADHD and Anxiety disorder, while tapping into her heritage as an Iranian woman, who aims to gain an international platform in order to amplify the voice of the young women and girls fighting for their basic human rights in Iran.
